"Striptease has a long history. The Bible describes how Salomé, the daughter of Herodias, danced for king Herod, who offered her anything she wished for as a reward. Prompted by her mother, she asked for the head of saint John the Baptist on a platter. It is generally assumed that her dance was, at least in part, a striptease. The origin of striptease as we know it today occurred in 1890s Paris and enjoyed a revival with the advent of American burlesque theatre and strippers such as Gypsy Rose Lee. In love with it!
Really nice CD, it just combined in a nice way everything I was looking for in a music for strip-dance.
First of all, it's a good music (and hot!), I like to listen to even without stripping, just like a normal good-quality CD.
Second, there are several sets of the music on the disc (Hip-Hop, R&B, Instrumentals, Dance) that allows to choose the music which better corresponds to my mood, and perform different styles of strip-dance. (that's really good cause I don't need several CDs)
Finally, good point is that there are no gaps between the songs, and they go smoothly one into another. It's really an advantage when you performing your dance!

Refreshingly professional and instructionalWhat a GREAT deal...DVD and CD both in one case. The DVD is very professionally produced, and while it is sexy, it is entirely meant to be educational. The models are excellent, yet they are real women rather than plastic and phony. Each of the models takes time to explain the moves, and then they put it all together in the end for a routine. I really can't say enough about this product. If you want some instruction about dancing for your partner in a professionally packaged product with sincere and authentic teacher/models, then don't hesitate to give this DVD a shot.

I'm a little shy about this kind of thing, and the Strip To It
Bump N' Grind DVD really taught me what I needed to give my
husband a big surprise that he never expected! It was a great
night and definitely worth the price for me!
The women in the video were non-intimidating, and it was done
simply and tastefully in what looked like a typical home living
room. Dance moves were shown both with a couch and with a chair,
and with four different dancers, so there was more than enough
material for me to figure out what I needed to do. The women
also gave some great tips and advice on what to do, and what not
to do, that helped to make me feel a lot more comfortable when I
did my show.
I thought the inclusion of a music CD was great! There are four
non-stop sets of music in different styles so you can pick the
type of music you want to dance to. I liked the slow RnB song
set that had vocals, and the instrumental set is very nice for
relaxing or just background mood music. My favorite song on the
whole CD, though, is one of the upbeat dance songs called "Come
Closer". I didn't use that to dance to, but I really love
listening to that song!
If your are looking for a sexy video to watch, this is not it.
But, if you are a bit shy or conservative, and have never done a
striptease or lap dance before (like me), then this
instructional video and CD is definitely worth considering.
Something EVERY woman should know....,
A lot of women complain that their man goes to the
strip club, but then a lot of women are too shy to get a little
freaky for their man. What man doesn't want his own private

It's all about the tease ladies! We all want what we can't have,
and if you build up that anticipation, then the desire goes
through the roof!
This DVD shows you how to do just that. It also comes with a CD
to get sexy to.
I got this one for my girlfriend and I'll be honest, at first
she looked at me funny. But we watched it together once, just so
I could show her that it WASN'T a porno (even the DVD is a
tease!) and then she watched it on her own to learn the moves.
Let me tell you: I came home from work a few days later and that
shy little office assistant went wild! She RIPPED my shirt off
and THREW me on the couch. Then she gave me the best private
dance of my life! That must have empowered her or something,
because now she even WALKS sexier. And her whole undergarment
selection went from "yawn" to "let's get it on." It's amazing
what can happen when you let loose a little bit!
So if you want to be a professional stripper, then no, this DVD
doesn't teach you how to catch dollar bills in your g-string or
hang from a stripper pole. But it can turn a "good" girl
naughty, and ladies, it WILL put a smile on your man's face!
Trust me! Your man won't need "herbal performance enhancement"
when you put these moves into practice, because it's all in the
hips!
All right, well my girlfriend's birthday is coming up, so I
better go get her some new Victoria Secret or something.

Real instruction for real people
I liked this DVD because it provided simple and easy dance
moves, presented by real people. No Playboy supermodels paid big
bucks to present this DVD, and no fancy soundstages and
expensive sets. Just good practical advice and dance moves by
real dancers, but presented in a way that the "average" woman,
like me, could relate to.
There were a few different styles of music on the included CD,
so it was easy for me to find something I liked.
My husband loved the show, and we had a great evening! Well
worth the money!
Great informational DVD
I bought several dvd's on how to strip. This one was by
far the best. It was very informative, and explained each move.
The women looked like average women, which was very nice. This
is not sleezy, it is strictly a educational dvd. The dvd also
came with a great cd with just music to strip by. I would highly
recommend this.
Just the little push I needed to spice things up!
I've always wanted to do something a bit different and special
for my husband, but just lacked the little extra confidence
needed to give it a try. This video gave me more than enough
ideas and helpful hints to ease my worries and give me the
little push I needed to go ahead and try a strip tease and lap
dance for him. All I can say is that I'm really glad I did!!

Great deal for a good time!
This was just what I was looking for to help me put
together a fun night for my husband and me. The DVD presented
simple dance moves that were easy to learn, along with many
other helpful tips that made me feel a lot more comfortable
before my show. I liked that it wasn't a slick MTV-style
production... the women looked like regular women and the
location looked like it could be anyone's home (which is where
most of the women who buy this would be doing their show). The
music CD was a great bonus, making the package a better value
compared to some others that I considered.
Awesome product
I purchased this to learn how to give my husband of 11
years, a lap dance...(I'm a novice dancer!) WOW!!!! this DVD was
the extra push I needed. It taught me the moves I wanted to have
and the music was good too. The only part I did not like was the
interview and demo by Fawnia Mondey. She's built like a body
builder and does what looks like a gymnastics floor show for her
demo dance...The other girls were great...I will never forget
the smile on my man's face when he was watching me dance for
him! He even asked if I was really "shopping" with my friends
and not going to strip clubs!!!!!

"Strip To It has caught our attention! What a great idea, to use the wasted space on a standard music CD and fill it with useful multimedia that anyone can use on a personal computer. In an era when many people own a personal computer, why force them to purchase an instructional book with their music CD? With Strip To It you get a really great music CD which is worth having all by itself, Plus, you get all the “multimedia goodies” that help you learn to strip.
There is enough great music of various styles on the CD to satisfy just about anyone interested in learning how to Strip To It. track 1. Strip To It - Excellent high energy song, with a jump start opening. With the vocals flowing you have the choice of either bouncing to the beat, or flowing with the singers voice.
track 2. Sax on Da Brayne - I could see a sexy magic show being performed, or a lady in a long dress, teasing her audience with her long tanned legs.
track 3. Funk Me! - Definitely a song for those who want to dance with skill. Use your personality with this one. A great song to get you moving in your own home, even while cleaning!
track 4. You Make Me Wanna Get Naked - Love the start with it's mysterious sound. With the start of the vocals, and the back ground on speed, resist the urge to move and slide your body from move to move with the singers voice. Be a sex kitten.
track 5. Romantic Interlude - Slow the pace down, and stretch out exposing your long lines and curves for your partner to enjoy.
track 6. A Little Sax - Defiantly funky. Dress up in your tux jacket and hot pants, with heels and strut the stage with confidence. Smile, tease, and love those watching.
track 7. Cyber Girl - Be untouchable, and be what they imagine you as. Fast, cute, and breaks in the music to let you slide slowly from move to move. Lyrics are great, have fun with them. Wear silver, red or black patent leather......
track 8. Heaven or Hell - Sounds like Enya for the first 8 counts, then a sweet driving beat joins in, with piano. Very catchy; a song for moving at a medium pace, as you interpret heaven or hell. For me it's heaven with fun.
track 9. Bad Girls - Fun voice over at the start, then a trance beat taking over. Great for a fetish theme. Despite the fast beat, feel free to move in slow motion to bring in a new dimension to 'Bad Girls'.
track 10. Phone Sex - Dial in for a sweet dance beat. Memorize the lyrics and create a top phone sex show with this one. Bring a second person on stage and choreograph a show!
track 11. Afterglow - Spiritual, airy, and soothing. A nice finishing song for this CD, and your show. For theme shows, try Angel, or Indian Warrior.

"This is a interesting concept, making music to get couples in the mood. I thought that was why Barry White was born....but I still liked the direction and bravery that Stephen brings to his project. The tracks are heavily house music based with some sultry saxophone on the side. The players, Steve Tressler, Lincolin Adler, Darren Motamedy, Robbie Jordan, Bill Park, Dennis Haldene, Greg Adams and Denney Goodhew all bring some serious funk and its a true highlight. The 'vocals' if one can call them that are a complete waste and should have been cut. All the tunes are a faster tempo and it a Euro-flavor which isn't a bad thing. As a added bonus, the CD can played on a CD-Rom format in which you can learn dance moves from young Canadian fitness model and actress, Fawnia Mondey (who has a very cute website by the way). A fun album!"

"If there's one thing sexier than a naked woman, it's a woman stripping naked. From burlesque to grotesque, stripping is damn hot. While it's true that many people look better with their clothes on, the art of stripping can definitely make up for nature's imperfections of the body. Some like bellydancing, others like cabaret and, of course, there are those who will always be 'hard up' for the brass rail riding. Stripping can be dirty and sensuous (my personal favourite), but regardless of style, stripping takes practice.
Enter Stephen Sherrard (a.k.a. Da Brayne). Apart from music, Da Brayne loves women (his wife, in particular), and loves sex and sensuality in art when presented in a tasteful way. After 10 years of studio production experience, Stephen thought it was time to pool together a group of talented and diverse artists to erect his own full length (...album, that is). Strip To It is a sexy synthesis of jazz, pop, funk, hip-hop, and electronica. There's not simply something here for everyone, there's something here for everyone to strip to!
Not as if the title didn't give it away or nothing, but this CD is unlike your average compilation of sexually motivated music: Strip To It is sensually enhanced for your stripping pleasure. Along with the 12 tracks, the CD cums with in-depth instructional video from established skin peelers & flesh revealers as well as tons of titillating strip-tease tips. While the music isn't necessarily for the entire family (especially track #10 - 'Phone Sex'), the multimedia content is done in a classy, professional manner that doesn't show anything that it doesn't have to.
In a market that is usually characterized by being either risque or cliche, Stephen Sherrard's Strip To It falls right in the middle. I give it a resounding 2 thumbs up, as well as something else... "

"This is a fairly unusual CD because the intention is for it to be used as music to literally learn to strip to. It’s really aimed at couples or I guess anyone who fancies getting into erotic dancing.
As a basic introduction to exotic dancing it’s actually pretty good as it gives a variety of fast and slow music a lot of which is voiced by a suitably sexy (actually very sexy) female voice.
There is also an enhanced section to the CD with a few instructional videos of some dancers explaining and demonstrating stripping techniques.
The videos are a fairly low picture quality, I used windows media player to view them, but do their job of explaining some basic strippers moves very well.
Overall the STRIP TO IT CD is a fun idea that might spice up some people’s sex lives or even give a few tips to your girlfriend if she’s thinking about entering a naughty little talent contest. Bear in mind that this is just a music CD with some extra video footage for your computer and not a full blown DVD (although I understand a DVD is planned) and you should have some fun with it - and oh yes the music is pretty good just to listen to as well!"

"This CD is a rather interesting piece of work in a number of ways. First, it’s not just a music CD, it’s also a multimedia product. Steve’s quoted from his site as saying: “My goal was to put together not only a great collection of music to dance to, but to provide quality instructional content, primarily for women, so that they could comfortably perform an erotic dance for their partner, even if they have never tried it before.” He certainly put in the demographic research necessary to come up with this CD, interviewing women from all walks of life and all aspects of the industry - from dancers to lingerie sellers.
Whether you just want some great tunes, and they’re all memorable and contain a good dance beat, or you actually want to learn to strip for your partner, this CD has all you’ll need. With the aid of some professional dancers, and an award winning fitness model (Fawnia Mondey, "Alexus", "Nicole", and "Kiri"), Stephen has put together some excellent instructional segments. You can learn quite a bit, whether you want to put it to use or not is your own business. There’s no complete frontal nudity shown, or explicit content, and going by the standards of today, nothing beyond the rating of “PG - 10.”
“Strip To It” is being promoted as a “sensually enhanced” CD, and I’d agree with that statement. It’s like two products in one as the creator says. The audio content plays in any
CD player, while the video content needs a computer to access it. Some of the best session musicians in Seattle, Washington took part in the creation of the audio tracks, and also some fantastic vocalists!
While you may be thinking that the audio CD will be graphic, I’d not be rating it as high in mature and offensive content as most of the hip-hop and rap on the market today. While there’s some sexual innuendo, there’s nothing blatantly put forward anywhere. It’s a nice blend of fast, slow, and just great dance music. According to Stephen the styles of music found on his CD are: Slow and Sensual, Playfully Sexy Dance Music, and Mid-Tempo Funky Fun.
I’ll cover one of every category for you here to give you a fair sampling of what can be found.
For the “Slow and Sensual” category, I’d have to say that “Afterglow” is definitely my favourite track. It is definitely sensual, and the vocals carry you off to somewhere else if you just let the music invade your entire being. According to the liner notes, this track features vocal samples from the "Deepest India" sample CD set. It’s a wonderful find, and the joining of melody and vocals is seamless! This is a track with numerous possibilities, one I fully expect to see backing a commercial on TV for travel or stress relief!
It was difficult to choose a track for the “Playfully Sexy Dance Music” category, as I honestly enjoyed them all. I love a good beat, and there’s a bit of hook in each of the six tracks fitting this description. “Cyber Girl” managed to tweak my twisted sense of humour and visions of the world when technology is finished with it. Providing the vocals for this hip, intense track is Divina Mangabat. Her vocals, whether straight up or electronically altered are the perfect vehicle for club music. This is a track that you’ll come back to for added listening, it beat out the title track for my close-up.
Finally, we have “Mid-Tempo Funk Fun.” There’s only two tracks on the disc that fall into this example of Stephen’s categorizing, and while they were definitely both “funky,” it wasn’t hard to pick my favourite. I preferred “A Little Sax,” both for the less blaring funk melody, and for the addition of Lisa Wood’s vocals. Lincoln Adler (saxophone), and Greg Fulton (guitars), join Lisa and Stephen on this track, completing a dynamite sound.
If you take this CD seriously, you might find yourself being offended, whether for the reputation that strippers carry in the world, or the sexual innuendo, or perhaps the offensive view of women. Personally, I just looked at it as a musical experience, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I don’t know if I’ll ever make use of the video lessons, but they’re there if I ever want them. The music, I really can’t say enough about it. It’s captivating, has the beat that coincides with the heart and the feet, and will be seeing hours and hours of play time in this house, by more than one generation, too!
Do yourself a favour, and check out “Strip To It.” If you’re into the club scene at all, I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed with what you find. Also, if you’ve always wanted to strip for your man, or woman, but have been too shy, here’s the opportunity to learn what you need to know. "

The music chosen for this CD was quite diverse, meeting almost any tempo you're looking for. It was great to practice and perform the strip moves you can learn from the DVD tutorial portion. This was an excellent non-intimidating way to learn strip techniques from knowledgable women in a casual realistic situations, both the written tips and the video clips as well.
